VLOG: Situational Leadership Model Part One with Guest James Michael Rosser

In today’s vlog, we have an introduction to the situational leadership model. Depending on how much competency and commitment a follower has at a given responsibility, the leader needs to respond with a specific amount of direction and support.

We have James Michael Rosser, my son, helping me with this one. Every leader needs to ask frequently, “What does this person need to thrive and how can I help him get there?”
